Troubleshoot: "The command prompt has been disabled by your administrator"
Open registry editor (start->run->regedit.exe)
go to key
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System]
In the right-panel, double click "
DisableCMD
" and set it's value to "0"
